Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Will

I have a will prepaired by an attorney here in florida about 5 years ago.

My 22 year old daughter is the sole benificiary and that will not change.

Some assets have changed. Can I just list the old and new on a paper and have it notarized?

Re: Will

Generally the Will you have now should cover the new assets unless you made specific bequests, identifying the asset by description in the Will.

You might call the attorney who drafted the Will to explain specific versus general bequests in your Will.
