What are the will probation fees for the State of Florida?

The cost of probate is primarily attorneys fees, and the fees are negotiable. Florida Statutes state that 3% of the probate assets is presumed to be a reasonable fee for "ordinary services". It also depends on what type of probate is required. In order to answer the question more fully, one would need to know whether there is a will, how many heirs/beneficiaries there are and whether they are likely to cooperate, and primarily, what the probate assets consist of.

Generally, 2-3% of the Gross Estate depending upon the work and costs involved.
