Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Will and possible Quit Claim w/right of survivorship

A Will has been deposited in the Court, which states everything to be divided equal among siblings by our late Mother. The nominated PR does nothing to start proceedings. Fired the attorney that was handling the Will and falsely reported him to The Bar.

In short, it appears from ''Clues'' that underhanded activites have been going on by the nominated PR, namely a Quit Claim Deed w/rights of survivorship. There is no communication with the sibling who was nominated and she wants nothing to do with siblings for years. No funds for us to hire an attorney.

IF in fact there is a Quit claim w/s/rights (would have been done after Will), does that supercede the Will ? - it is suspected this document would have been forged or the decedent was ''forced or hoodwinked'' if it exists, which explains why no action by nominated PR. (nominated PR paid the taxes on the property) The neighbor said she had the contents removed from our Mother's home by the Salvation Army.

There is no record of such a deed with the recording department of the County and it is understood you do not need to record it. Can we write to the Judge and get relief per F.S. 735.301 for disposition of the property? Something fishy. Thank you very much.
