Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Will and a Revised Will
My question concerns a will and a revised will. My mother was diagnosed with Ahlteimerz Disease (2006). Prior to her diagnoses she made a will concerning her deed and other equities to fall to her heirs (2 sons). Her husband was diagnosed with Ahlteimerz as well last year (Mid-2007). My mother's condition has gotten far worse this year and she probably does not have much time left on this earth.... recently her husband without my mother's consent (behind her back) changed the will (Nov 2007) to fall to his ex-wife's sister. My mother is unable to communicate in a manner in which she cannot understand what is going on with her will. So to the question: Is this a legally enforceable will and will I be able to contest it in court?

Re: Will and a Revised Will
Yes. Start now by getting the proof of her medical condition and the names and addresses of witnesses.
