Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

See Will now.....

23 Sept 2k8

Hi...

My Aunt supposedly has me and my suster in her will. She is now in a nursing home with alzheimers. A lady in Hallandale, Florida will be the ececutor of her will. Since I do NOT TRUST this lady, is there anyway that I can see my aunt's will so she does NOT cheat me or others in my family either now or after my aunt passed away?????

If a guardian has been appointed, the file can be reviewed. When the will is probated, your attorney can protect your interests.

When your aunt dies, the law requires the will to be filed in the locale probate court so you can see it then.

There is no way, at the present time, to force the issue. However, you may look into the issue of a guardianship for your aunt. Consult with a local attorney.
