Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Will
My sister -in-law is executor of my mother-in-law's will. She was FL resident but passed away in RI over 4 years ago. S-I-L still hasn't had will executed. Is there a time limit? What can I do to get will done? Thanks BB
