Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If a will states the name of an attorney for probate is that valid? The will is 20 years old and we had already hired an attorney before we found the will. Will was written in FL thanks

you are not required to use any attorney for legal services. However, you did not indicate how the attorney was named, so if he is the named personal representative, then you might have to use him. Since you have hired an attorney, I would think that he could give you better advice than asking a free question here, since he knows all of the details. Call him.
