Does a new Will supersede a Living Trust in the state of Florida?

Not necessarily. It will depend on the wording of both documents and funding of the trust.

These are two separate documents. Your new will should reflect the name of the Trust unless you plan to revoke the trust.

You need to have the documents reviewed by an attorney. A new Will does not necessarily supercede a Living Trust, especially if the Trust is already funded or has assets in it.
