Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

does the will, the trust, the DPOA, and health care seragate all have to match? What if there is a will and a trust, but the DPOA does not match those. If you use these documents do they all have to match, what if the trust and will do not match the DPOA that is used?

They do not have to match. The DPOA and health care surrogacy are to be utilized when an individual is alive. the dpoa ceases to have any use after death. the trust and will ought to be able to be read in conjunction with one and other in order to make sense
