Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my right to see will and trust
My mother passed 1 month ago ,I think she had a will and in my online research I found where she put her home in a trust with herself and my sister as trustee's.Also with the deed to home is the name of the lawyer that prepared it ,so I assume that he prepared all of the trust papers. My sister has not said a word to me ,no probate has been started. Can I ask the lawyer to see the trust papers and will papers if he prepared them.THANKS IN ADVANCED
