Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
will validity
I received a copy of my fathers will today. It consists of four pages , shouldn't the pages be numbered, so as to not cause doubt. plus the lawyer is not going to file it with the clerk of courts. very suspicious. please advise

Re: will validity
If there are no assets to probate, it is not necessary to file. The lack of page numbers does not invalidate the will, though they typically are numbered.
