If 2 peoples name is on a deed to a house can 1 person say someone else can live in the house if they die Or does the 2nd person on the deed own the house to do whatever they want with it

The general answer is that if the two people own the house as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, then when one dies the other owns the house completely. If two people each own an undivided one-half, then upon the death of one person their will and/or florida statutes will control who owns their half. I suggest you consult an attorney in your area.
