Florida law on estates, where no will , and how long dose it normaly take to settel probate in cases that no will exist, Sudden deaths, motorcycle accident on April 30, 2006

I would normally say six months to a year settle a small probate. However, in this case there may be a legal action for damages resulting from accident that could extend this time to a year a more.
