Is it against the law in Florida to will a propety to two children and dileberatly leave .one out of the will. Children are all over 30 years old

No. It is advisable not to put in the Will the reason you are leaving one child out.

No, it's not illegal. However, if there is a surviving spouse, she may have an interest in the property if it was homestead property.
