You need to open probate to have the Will admitted to probate and the court provide you with authority to sell the house, assuming the minor does not have funds to keep it. The reverse mortgage should stop and the principal becomes due. You will probably need to be appointed guardian by the local court to accept funds on behalf of the minor. See an attorney on this.
