wills and payable upon death
If 3 brothers are listed on cd's payable upon death of parents, and one brother was left out of the will would he still be entitled to his portion of the cds?

The quick answer is that the payable on death CD would pass outside of probate to the persons listed CD beneficiary form and the Will would not control who recieves the CD funds.
