Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Wills, Probate, Trusts...

My father died las January 2009, he had a Will, now I am told by his wife and family there is no Will, How can I find this Will. They are acting evil and with greed. They had no children within this marriage, He had his and she had hers when they got together, is it fair for them to keep what is rightfully ours. I have many doubts, concerning my father's death.

A will is required to be filed in court once the person dies. Check with people that may have knowledge about the will itself (lawyers, accountants, friends, etcetera).
