Recently my father passed away.How long does it usually take before his last will and testament is read?

Florida Statutes require that if a will exists, it be filed with the probate court within 10 days of a person's death. At the point the will is a public document available for anyone to read. If you have a specific question you can send me an e-mail at [email protected].
