Are wills registered in/with the state of Florida?

No, wills are not registered with the state.

If you have your own will, you do not need to registered or deposit it with anyone.

If you are looking for someone else's will and they are deceased, then you go to the courthouse in the county where this person died. Go to the probate division. Ask if the will has been deposited. A probate may have been started or the will could be deposited.
