Re: wills and trust
Hopefully, a lawyer can give you more you detailed information which is required to draft any appropriate will or trust. The Internet tends to give you general information but is not specific enough to your situation to be useful. In most cases the family assets are substantial and the pre-death medical needs and coordination with government benefits tend to be a more important component of the total estate planning package. The Internet or anyone without a personal interplay with the family situation cannot easily advise what is the total financial, tax, estate planning and other considerations because that's not where the Internet-based documents to make money. If you need help in this area e-mail me your phone number so I can discuss this important subject in greater detail. Sincerely, Robert Roemer
