Are Wills and Trust Documents Public Records in FL and How can a Non-lawyer acce

Are wills and trusts in FLorida considered public documents and if so, how would a non-lawyer access those documents for a specific individual? Thanks.

A trust is not a public document. A will only becomes public once it is filed with the probate court. If you are a beneficiary of a trust you can contact the trustee and request an accounting. If you are the beneficiary of a will and the testator is deceased, you can contact the Personal Representative.
