Is a will that was draw up in Florida and probated in Florida, legal and binding in New York; regarding the contents of the will?

I florida will only controls the disposition of property in florida.Property in other states is transferred by opening a probate proceeding in other states the decedent had property.If you need further assistance e-mail me your phone #.

If the property is in Florida then yes. If there is property in NY then a probate should be opened in NY even if it is addressed by the Florida will.
