Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
wills
I have a will made and recorded in New York State. I have since moved to Florida and became a full time resident. Is my will in New York still legal?

Re: wills
If the will you made in NY while a resident there was valid in NY at the time it was signed, it will be accepted in Florida now. That said, it is usually a good idea to have it reviewed and/or updated by a Florida attorney.
