Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
wills
I would like to write a will leaving everything I own to my grandson. I would also like to name him executor. I have adult children and I am a widower. Is there a will form I can use for this? Every one I find wants me to leave it to my children.

Re: wills
1. Just change the language.
2. if your grandson is less that 18, a guardain must be named in the will.
3. Mention in your will that your children are not receiving anything.
