Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Wnen somebody dies what responsability do the attorney and the pr have to do to make sure that you have he will? i keep asking for a copy of the will and trust, i never recieved until two and 1/2 years later, they said they'd us mail me a copy but never did.

If you are a residuary heir you should get it. You can make a request in writing and it can be provided that way through the Court. If you are entitled to a specific bequest, you don't necessary have a right to the entire will.
