Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I'm working with a friend of mine, who was married to a gem, who died from a motorcycle accident back in 1996. His mom was a social climber in Palm Beach, Florida. My friend asked me to do search to see if there was any funds left to her, from his mom in her will, since she was married to the son. Well I did that. I was able to pull the will from the mother, but very little was stated who gets what because there was something called a Revocable Trust Agreement, but I have no ideal where to get that agreement, however at the bottom of the will is an lawyers address in Palm Beach. How should I handle this situation, so my friend gets her share of whatever was to come to her.

Unless your friend is a beneficiary under the trust agreement, there is no entitlement for him to get a copy of the trust. If he was a beneficiary and the trust has been inexistence for some period of time than he should have been notified. Your friend needs an attorney to take the exploration any further.
