Lesly Longa Longa Law P.A.

You don't have the right to demand that they show it to you directly. In Florida, the custodian of a will should file the will with the court having jurisdiction within 10 days of the person's death. You can then obtain a copy of the will from the court. If the custodian of the will refuses, you can file something with the court to require compliance. You can also have an attorney send a letter demanding compliance before filing with the court. If you would like assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact me.
