Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have not written a will because my assets are titled in the manner in which I want them to be distributed upon my death. The deed to my house is a life-estate. My bank and investment accounts are POD. Each account names a different beneficiary.

Will my children, who are the beneficiaries, be able to complete a tax return or sell my car without a will?

Thank you.
