Re: More than 1 accident claim

When you get hurt on the job and medical care is authorized, you remain "in the course and scope" of your job while traveling to or from an authorized doctor. So the answer to your question is; the second accident and injury is part of the first one. It doesn't even matter if you are completely at fault for either or both accidents, workers' comp is a no fault system. Just continue to treat for all your injuries with authorized doctors. If you get any flack, get a Florida Bar Board Certified Workers' Compensation attorney to represent you.
