Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

aprox 10 years ago I had carpal tunnell surgery, was approved for workers comp and found 7% disabled form it. It has now returned, worse than before the surgery. How do I go about increasing my disability percentage?

The best answer is to see an attorney in your area who does workers compensation. If you settled your case or have not had medical treatment from an authorized physician in a while, you may be out of luck re workers compensation. I do workers compensation.
