Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I was attacked on the job about 13 years ago while working for a law firm. I suffered some stitches, a broken nose and a chipped front tooth which required an implant. All procedures were coverred under workers compensation. I no longer work for that law firm 13 years later but I believe that the actual implant has become loose. Unfortunately this fix can be pretty expensive. I know it is doubtful but I was wondering if this is something that workers comp might still cover. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, but unless you saw a authorized workers' compensation doctor at least once a year, the statute of limitations has long run on your claim.
