Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

back & neck injury

I was injured on my job when someone placed popcorn in the microwave and triggered off the fire alarm. While going down the stairs I fell & hurt my back & my right knee; the doc i was seeing relocated & ref me to anothr doc in the same office. The doc refuse to even write me a prescription for my back & never had the facts correct when i see him. Went to see him today he accused me that my MRI would not hold up in court...results state my L-4 & L-5 is slightly herniated. He gave me a 5% rating. Very negative he is and also a poor listener. I do have an attorney

Not exactly sure what your question is, but if you wish to have a one time change in treating doctor, you should certainly contact your attorney to request the same.
