Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
If a comp. ins co. figures out what they should be paying you and they over pay you for yrs , can they cut your checks til they make it back?

Yes. The workers' compensation carrier is entitled to get back an "overpayment" even if it was their error. However, they can only take out 20% of each check until they get the money back.
