compensation pay

if i fall off a roof and get injured,should'nt i be intitled to compensation pay starting the day of the accident?

If you are injured at work and you are not able to work or your employer has no job for you within your restrictions then you would be entitled to temporary/total disability payments. You are also entitled to medical treatment at the expense of the employer/carrier. This would include transportation, medication, etc.
