Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

after an emplor. has let you go . and its been over a year since you worked for them and you had to move out of state can they force you to move back to get your work comp. if you are still under your year since you seen a dr.

They can never force you to move. However, you need to make sure that 1 year does not go by without medical. If they refuse to provide you with a doctor where you live YOU MUST file a Petition for Benefits. If you can't do that on your own, hire an attorney.
