Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
How can my employer keep assigning me jobs that are beyond my limitations set my their Workmens Comp. doctors?

If you cannot do the work, tell the employer and report so to the doctor that you are risking being reinjured and or aggravating the injury. See a lawyer.
