Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Can my employer fire me when my Dr. deemed me with permamant damage in my Right neck and shoulder from a slip and fall at work. The Dr said I can only work on light duty status and lift no more than 20lbs. Can he fire me for this because he's trying too!!!

No, violation of law and you would have a claim against the employer. However, employers are usually not that stupid. They will fire you for other reasons, mostly manufactured. Get an attorney. I handle these cases.
