The losses are limited to 2/3 of your average weekly wage for the 13 weeks prior to the accident. The fact that you are going to a doctor and therapy alone will not make then responsible for paying you, it is the inability to do your normal and regular job because of physical injuries from the accident that triggers that entitlement.
