Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
Fall at work place
I fell twice at work in the last year,No accident report was filed,I have had trouble with my back,I had an MRI it showed tears,& bluging disks,The DR say's it's pretty serouis,Since an accident report was not filled out,But there were witnesses,What should i do?? Thank-you!!!

You should still be OK w/o an accident report, but you should immed. contact your employer and have him/her report the accident. You want to get to a work. comp. dr. ASAP. Most likely, the claim will be denied but if you can establish that the accident occurred at work then the claim should become compensable. There are, however, time ltd. that have to be considered.
Because you have not advised the employer of the accident, you should see a work comp. atty ASAP.
