Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I fell at work 2 months ago and am still waiting to see a doctor through W.C. I fell on my stairs at home last night. Can this negate the W.C. claim?

Potentially. it is a medical question. Did you fall at home because of the initial fall at work? if so there will be less problem. Seek legal advice with your actual medical records.
