Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I felt in my job on a wet carpet that did'nt have a sign on, here's my problem I went to the orthopedic and determine that I have a cartilage tears on my right knee, and schapoid fracture, I'm using a splint on my right hand and talking to one of my co-workers she told me that why I was coming to work like that because my leg is real swollen but the doctor send me to work with limitation's, the problem is that she told me that worker's comp work for the benefit of the company, not in your side and that they don't care as long as you go to work, I think that I'm sacrifying myself and my health for nothing because and the end they win. what can I do? can you recommend me a good lawyer that be defending me and not the company? please I'm very desesperate this situation have me on stress because I can't do anything because I'm right handed. need help please
