can I file for workmans comp

I had an accident on the way to work and I wanted to know if I can file for WC sense I was on the way to my job

The answer is probably not, but maybe. It all depends on additional facts that you have not provided. Call a board certified workers compensation lawyer near where you live and ask the same question. The lawyer will want to know additional information, like, were you on some sepcial errand for the company that morning and other information that might make the accident compensable.
