Filing worker's comp in another state

i was working for a company and got injured i started recieving my worker's comp checks, they sent me back to work, then i left the job and went to another one and the injury was still too painful to bare, so i had to leave that job, now living in another state, can i still recieve benefits even though i moved to new york. and the injury is still relevent

Even if you move, you are still entitled to workers compensation benefits, depending upon your current work restrictions, etc. You need to contact a Florida workers' compensation attorney immediate regarding your rights...
