Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was fired from a job that I had just started the week before because the cops towed my car. They towed my car because my licence was "expired," which was taken care of months ago. For some reason it did not show up in their system. So now not only do I not have a car, but I have no job as well. Also, I had just started this job. Been at it for about a week and a half. All this time I was not paid for, yet I spent 15 to 20 dollars a day going to this job between gas, and parking. I need to be compensated.

You are entitled to your salary, interest, other damages, and if the employer does not pay then sue for your money plus fees and costs.
