Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Can and would a Florida WC attorney take over a NY WC case that is over ten years old. My sister is being abused by the system and the WC company has played God with her case. Her disabilty has worsen due to their role playing. Her current doctors and prior doctors feel there is not much that can be done for her (Spinal Injuries) and most have told her that their neglence has given to her current condition. Which has also been stated in reports. This woman has been through hell and I am now worried about her mental health with all this aggravation that is needless. Is there an attorney out there who cares about the client and not the bottom line? My goodness what has happened to this legal system? Do victims not have rights any more? Who protects the injured worker from companys denying medical care when a WC judge rules differently? I think my sister needs an attorney with guts and good moral conviction and a vast knowledge of injustice!

A Florida Lawyer can only take a NY case if they are licensed in NY and willing to do work in a NY jurisdiction.
