Florida workers comp
What happens in a workers comp case when the insurance company receives information that the employee is fakeing her injury. The case has gone for mediation and was set for trial.

If the insurance company believes the employee is faking an injury, they will deny the claim and will follow her and take videos or her or whatever is necessary to prove this. Whether she is faking or not is an issue of fact for the judge to determine. The judge could agree with the employer or the employee based on the evidence at trial.
