Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

hi i found a boy that is 15 years old that was selling tobacco and allcohol in a store is it allowed to him to do that? and if no what is the law for that?

First, it is not a w.c issue. it is a criminal issue. I believe someone has to be of legal age to drink or use tobacco to sell them as well. Report the violation to the police.
