Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
I was hurt on the job june 2009 my right foot was crushed by a machine since then I am still haveing pain when walkingor being on it when I sit down it burns I cannot do any sports i used to play I have two doctors and both say there is no fix for it other then pain killers I was wondering if there is anyway I can get dissability or what should I do I am only 28 and Gods will I have a long life ahead but dont want to be in pain I am moving back to Indiana next moth so not looking foward to how the cold is going to affect it anymore
