Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
hurt on the job.
In november i was hurt on the job . My knee was
injured and I've been out of work for a while . It's
possible that i will need surgery for torn tendons an

who caused this. And if so what can i go after this
person for . AT present I still don't know when I'll
be returing back to work . What is my legal standing?

Re: hurt on the job.
You always have the right to pursue the person who caused your injury. The exception is when the person is a co-employee of your employer, then it is possible but much more difficult. You also need to be aware that any recovery you receive is subject to a 100% lien by the workers compensation insurance company.Good Luck.
