Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was hurt at work as a result I now have 2 slipped disk and a pimched merve

But the workers comp doctor says,its,pre exsisting amd,all,it is is a cervical sprain

And sent me to physical therapy there they put my neck im some kimd of comtractiom

Which made the pain worse than when,i,first got hurt so I went to the er amd they

Did a cat scan amd said I jad chromic cervical djd why would the comp doctor lie

And how much can I sue if I hire a lawyer

You are never going to be able to show that the doctor is lying. You can challenge his opinion by using a one time change And/Or hiring an independent examiner.
